I'm completing my Bachelor of Education (Primary and Middle) with Honours, and this semester I'm required to keep up to date with reflections of my learning, understanding, and progress as I prepare for a research project, my final prac, and attempting to get a job.
These are my thoughts.

Specifically:

Before class next Wednesday I need to-

  1. Write my situational analysis
  2. Choose and write my research question and focus
  3. Commence my literature search and critical reading of sources
  4. identify themes in literature that can form the basis of my literature review.

Also I want to read more about Action Research, to understand it better, because I didn’t really pay much attention to it in my research course last year - I was more drawn to qualitative, theoretical and social observations than practically putting some program into place.
